Discovery Week Evaluation Form
This Discovery Week Evaluation Form is intended for students in grades 6-11 to assess themselves against the Areas of Interaction while on the September 2006 Discovery Week (Sept 11th - 14th).
Guidelines for writing your self evaluation:
- Aim to produce an evaluation which is thoughtful, interesting and well presented
- Use specific examples and details of events on Discovery Week to explain your scores in two of the Areas of interaction (AOI)
- Choose one area in which you feel you did well and one area in which you feel you could improve
- This self-evaluation should be between 200-400 words long
The Areas of Interaction are: Approaches to Learning, Community & Service, Homo Faber, Environment, and Health & Social Education.
Due date: September 20th, 2006. Please print out and give to your advisor by this date.
